婴儿维生素K缺乏症33例临床分析

本文报道婴儿维生素K缺乏症33例,其中生后1～2个月22例,母乳喂养29例。有颅内出血24例,注射或针刺部位出血14例。29例有临床贫血表现,红细胞和血红蛋白均有不同程度减低。21例查凝血酶原时间,其中16例延长;余5例正常,但曾用过维生素K或输过新鲜血。本组均给予维生素K_1治疗,大部分给药3～5天,血障碍迅速改善。治愈20例,好转1例,自动出院7例,死亡5例。

VITAMIN K DEFICIENCY IN INFANTS: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 33 CASES

Thirty-three infants with vitamin K deficiency are reported. The condition occurred 1 to 2 months after delivery in 22 cases. 29 cases were breast fed. 24 had intracranial hemorrhage and 14 hemorrhage at the sites of injection or puncture. 29 had anemia manifestations with erythrocyte and hemoglobin decreased in degree. 16 of 21 cases had a larger prothrombin time (P. T. ) than normals ( Other 5 had nomal P. T. because they were treated with vitamin K or blood-transfusion). All the patients were given vitamin K1 for 3 to 5 days. Coagulation disturbance was quickly corrected. Of 33 patients, 20 were cured, 1 improved, 7 discharged against advice, and 5 died.
