心理护理对早中期肺癌患者预后的影响

目的研究心理护理对Ⅰ～ⅢB期肺癌患者预后的影响。方法将78例准备接受手术治疗的Ⅰ～ⅢB期肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组（各39例）,两组患者均予根治术,之后予化疗,观察组同时予心理护理,1次/d,30d后改为每15d一次,两组患者均于开始治疗的第15天、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、2年、3年、5年复查胸部CT,进行“焦虑自评量表”（SAS）评分,测体重,登记复发人数及死亡人数,复发者则予积极的相应治疗措施（手术及化疗）。结果观察组的SAS评分在治疗的1年、2年、3年均显著低于治疗前（P均〈0.05）,对照组的体重则较治疗前明显减轻（P均〈0．05）；1年、3年、5年内观察组复发率均显著低于对照组（P均〈0．05），3年、5年内观察组病死率均显著低于对照组（P均〈0．05）。结论心理护理可显著改善I－ⅢB期肺癌患者的预后，减少复发率，延长寿命。

Effects of Psychological Nursing on Prognosis in the Early Metaphase Lung Cancer Patients

Objective To study the effects of psychological nursing on prognosis in patients with Ⅰ-ⅢB stage lung cancer.Methods 78 patients of Ⅰ-ⅢB stage lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated by lung cancer radical correction,followed by chemotherapy.The study group were received the psychological nursing at the same time every day,instead of every 15 days time after 30 days.Two groups were reviewed the chest CT,engaged in ＂Self-Rating Anxiety Scale＂（SAS） score and measured body weight after 15 days,1 month,3 months,6 months,1 year,2 years,3 years,5 years respectively.The recrudescent numbers and the death numbers were recorded.The recrudescent lung cancer patients were received active treatments（surgery and chemotherapy）.Results Comparing to SAS score before treatment the study group SAS score in 1 year,2 years and 3 years were significant reduced（P〈0.05）,the SAS score in the control group in 3 months,6 months,1 year,2 years were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,the SAS score in study group were significantly lower than those of control group after 1 year,2 years,3 years（P〈0.05）;comparing to the weights before treatment,the study group weights in 3 months,6 months,1 year,2 years and 3 years had no significant difference（P〉 0.05）,the weights in the control group were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rates in study group were significantly lower than those of control group after 1 year,3 years and 5 years（P〈0.05）.The mortalities of 3 and 5 years in the study group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly improve the Ⅰ-Ⅲ B lung cancer patients’prognosis,and reduce the recurrence rate and prolong life.
