煤矿工人艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为调查

[目的]了解井陉煤矿工人艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为知晓情况,为开展有针对性的行为干预和宣传工作提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样方法,以自行设计的"艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识、态度、行为调查表"进行现况调查,进行匿名问卷调查,有效调查问卷为2032份。[结果]有69.3%的井陉煤矿工人听说过AIDS,但对艾滋病知识的知晓率仅为21.6%～30.5%,其高低与矿工的文化程度密切相关;对传播途径的正答率只有21.9%～53.6%,矿工的艾滋病相关知识主要来源于广播、电视、书刊、报纸、宣传画册等等大众媒介;在与配偶和非婚性伴发生性行为时安全套使用率较低,经常使用者分别为3.2%和7.4%,从未使用者为64.7%和65.6%;10.2%的矿工近3个月内有过非婚性行为,且27.9%拥有2个以上非婚性伴。[结论]煤矿工人中存在高危性行为,艾滋病(AIDS)防治知识缺乏,安全性行为的比例低,急需开展健康教育。

A SURVEY ON AIDS KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOR AMONG COAL MINERS IN JINGXING COUNTY

Objective To understand AIDS/HIV knowledge, attitude and behavior among coal miners in the Jingxing Coal Mine of Hebei Province, so as to provide the baseline information for health education and behavior intervention targeted to AIDS / HIV.Methods A crosssectional study was performed by the self-restraint"the AIDS / HIV knowledge examination table", carried on the secret questionnaire survey.A clustering sampling was used, and 2032 coal miners were investigated.Results 69.3% of coal miners heard about the AIDS / HIV, but the general rate of awareness of AIDS / HIV was only 21.6% to 30.5%.Only 21.9% to 53.6% of them had correct answer towards transmission routes of AIDS.By the mass media such as broadcast, television, books, newspaper, propaganda picture album and so on, 29.2% to 56.1% of miners knew the AIDS / HIV.The condom use rate only are 3.2% and 7.4% when loving to their wife and their non-married partners, never to used are 64.7% and 65.6% respectively.10.2% of coal miners reported their non-married sexual among past 3 months, and 27.9%t of them had multiple partners.Conclusion The sex activity is high dangers for most of miners in Jingxing coal mine.The AIDS preventing and controlling knowledge are lack for the miners.We should fully pay attention to the coal miner for health education and behavior intervention targeted to AIDS / HIV.
