咳嗽变异型哮喘的误诊分析

目的：提高咳嗽变异型哮喘的正确诊断率。方法：回顾性分析62例患者的临床资料。结果：62例患者均被误诊为其他疾病，其中以急性支气管炎及慢性支气管炎最多见，误诊时间为3～30个月。结论：咳嗽变异型哮喘易误诊为其他疾病，但如果临床医师有足够的认识及警惕性，便可以对本病做出正确的诊断，使患者得到及时、正确的治疗。

The Analysis of Misdiagnosis of Cough-variance Asthma

Objective: To avaluate the right diagnosis rate of cough-variance asthma. Methods: Clinical data of 62 outpatients and in-patients of our hospital Who were misdtagnosed were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All 62 patients were misdiagnosed as other diseases, especially acute bronchitis and chronic bronchitis. The misdiagnosis duration was 3 to 30 months. Conclusion: Cough-variance asthma is easily misdiagnosis as other diseases. But if the doctors know well about this disease and be alert, right diagnosis can be made on time and the patients can be correctly treated.
