甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选择2011年9月~2012年10月在本院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者68例，将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组34例。对照组患者给予甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为4周。疗程结束后比较两组的治疗效果、血β-HCG、包块大小、住院时间以及药物不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为88.2%，高于对照组的67.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗4周后，观察组β-HCG下降至正常水平时间及住院时间短于对照组，包块小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗异位妊娠临床效果显著，血β-HCG明显降低，患者住院时间缩短，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of methotrexate and mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of methotrexate and mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Cap-sule in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table,each group had 34 cases.Mifepristone and methotrexate were given to the control group,and the observation group were given with Guizhi Fuling Capsule based on the treatment of control group,the treatment lasted four weeks.Total efficiency,the situation of β-HCG,masses,hospital time and adverse reaction of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 88.2%,higher than 67.6%of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;After 4 weeks treatment,time of β-HCG down to normal and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,mass was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate and mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can improve the clinical efficacy,significantly reduce blood β-HCG,shorten hospital stay of patients,so it is worthy us-ing in clinic.
