积极性临床护理对宫颈癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成及心理状况的影响

目的：探讨临床护理对宫颈癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成和心理状况的影响。方法选取本院收治的84例宫颈癌手术患者，随机将其分为两组，观察组（42例）给予积极性临床护理措施，对照组（42例）给予常规临床护理措施，比较两组的术后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率和心理状况。结果观察组的术后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率（2.38%）明显低于对照组（16.67%），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组术前的SAS、SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论积极性临床护理有助于降低患者宫颈癌术后下肢深静脉血栓形成风险和改善患者的心理状况。

The influence of positive clinical nursing on post-operation deep vein thrombosis and psychological status by in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To explore the influence of positive clinical nursing on post-operation deep vein thrombosis and psychological status by in patients with cervical cancer. Methods 84 cases with cervical cancer operation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group （n=42） was given the positive clinical nursing measure, while the control group （n=42） was given the routine clinical care measures,the incidence rate of post-operation lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and psychological status in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis of observation group （2.38%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （16.67%） （P〈0.05）,SAS and SDS score had no significant difference between the two groups pre-operation （P〈0.05）,but SAS and SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Positive clinical nursing can reduce post-operation lower extremity deep vein thrombosis risk and improve psychological status of patients with cervical cancer.
