依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的研究

目的：研究依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年5月～2013年6月收治的74例发病72 h内的急性脑梗死患者为研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分为观察组（38例）和对照组（36例），对照组患者单独给予丹红注射液治疗，观察组患者给予丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗，治疗后，观察比较两组患者的NIHSS评分、临床疗效以及血液流变学等指标的变化。结果观察组患者的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的高切血浆黏度、低切血黏度、血浆还原比黏度以及纤维蛋白原明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论依达拉奉注射液联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死，能够降低患者的神经功能缺损程度评分，提高日常生活能力评分，并降低不良反应，可在临床上广泛推广应用。

The study of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in treating acute cere-bral infarction. Methods 74 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction receiving treatment within 72 hours in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group （38 cases） and control group （36 cases）,Danhong injection was given to the control group,Danhong injection com-bined with edaravone injection were given to the observation group.After treatment,NIHSS score,the total effective rate of the treatment and blood rheology indexes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The high shear plasma viscosity,low shear blood viscosity,plas-ma viscosity and fibrinogen reduction ratio of observation group were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Edaravone injection combined with Danhong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can reduce the neurological deficit scores of patients,improve the ability of daily living score,and reduce adverse reaction,can be widely applied in clinic.
