汉化版Morse跌倒评估表临床应用现状调查及对策

目的提高住院患者跌倒风险评估准确性,为针对性干预提供依据。方法针对汉化版Morse跌倒评估表在本院临床应用中存在的问题,自制调查问卷,对老年病科、神经内科、中医科、康复科共198名护士进行调查。结果问卷中8个单选题回答正确率为2.02%~93.94%,其中正确率最高的是＂静脉输液增加跌倒风险的原因＂、最低是＂轮椅作为助行器的评分＂;8个多选题回答正确率为58.21%~95.71%。结论护士对Morse跌倒评估表各条目理解不到位。护理人员除加强对Morse跌倒评估表的学习外,还应在国内进行大样本测评和修订,以增强其适用性。

Clinical use of the Chinese version of the Morse Fall Scale and countermeasures

Objective To improve the accuracy of fall risk assessment in inpatients and to provide evidence for targeted fall prevention interventions. Methods A total of 198 nurses working in the geriatric department, neurology department, TCM department, and rehabilitation department were asked to fill out a self-designed questionnaire concerning problems in use of the Chinese version of the Morse Fall Scale （CMFS）. Results The rates of correct answer to 8 single-choice items ranged from 2. 02% to 93.94% ; the item ＂whydoes intravenous infusion increase fall risk＂ ranked highest, while the item ＂the score of wheelchair as a ambulatory aid＂ ranked lowest. The correct rates of 8 multiple-choice items were between 58.21% and 95.71%. Conclusion Nurses can not completely understand the CMFS. Besides strengthening study of the CMFS, nurses should conduct large sample research to validate and revise the CMFS, so as to improve its applicability.
