精细化被膜解剖法操作在甲状腺全切除手术中的应用体会

目的：探讨精细化被膜解剖法在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用价值.方法：收集96例进行精细化被膜解剖甲状腺手术患者为观察组,96例行传统甲状腺手术患者为对照组,比较2组患者并发症发生情况.结果：观察组患者出血量、术后24 h引流量和声音嘶哑发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）;观察组患者甲状旁腺损伤发生率低于对照组,但是差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：精细化被膜解剖法操作是实施甲状腺全切手术安全有效的技术,值得推广.

Clinical experience of meticulous capsular dissection technique in thyroidectomy on thyroid tumor

Objective：To investigate the value of meticulous capsular dissection technique in thyroidectomy on thyroid tumor.Methods：Ninety-nine cases undergone meticulous capsular dissection technique were enrolled in the treatment group,96 case undergo conventional thyroidectomy were enrolled in the conventional group,two groups were compared in patients with complications.Results：The amount of bleeding,postoperative drainage volume 24 h and hoarseness in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group,there was statistically significant difference （P＜0.05）,the occurrerce rate of parathyroid injury in the treatment group patients was less than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant （P＞0.05）.Conclusion：Meticulous membrane dissection operation is a safe and effective implementation of total thyroidectomy operation technology and worthy of promotion.
