南昌市社区中老年居民高血压患病影响因素分析

目的掌握影响城镇居民高血压病的危险因素,为预防和控制高血压提供依据。方法按性别和年龄分层抽取南昌市2个社区40岁及以上居民9 998人,进行个人基本信息、健康状况以及影响健康的相关行为危险因素的问卷调查及体格检查。结果9 998人收缩压、舒张压为（127.2±18.6）mmHg、（72.6±10.2）mmHg;检出高血压2 486人（24.86%）,男性高于女性（P〈0.01）;影响高血压的危险因素为年龄、慢性肾炎、腰臀比、文化程度、腰围、颈围、食用动物内脏、性别、饮酒、体重指数。结论南昌市2个社区居民高血压患病率略低于全国平均水平;年龄是影响高血压的主要危险因素。

Risk factors of hypertension in middle or old aged community residents living in Nanchang city

Objective To understand the risk factors of hypertension in middle or old aged community residents, and to provide infor- mation for prevention and control of hypertension. Methods A total of 9 998 community-dwelling residents aged 40 years and older were selected from two communities in Nanchang city by using stratified sampling according to the gender and age. They were asked to complete the questionnaire concerning the demographic information, health status, and risk factors of health, then they received physical examination. Results The systolic pressure was （127. 2 ± 18.6）mmHg and the diastolic pressure was （72.6 ± 10.2） mmHg in this sample. The prevalence of hypertension was 24.86 %, with the prevalence significantly higher in male than in female （P〈0.01）. Risk factors included age, chronic nephritis, waist hip ratio, educational background, waist circumfe-rence, neck circumference, consumption of viscera of animals, gender, alcohol use, and body mass index. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in middle or old aged community residents living in Nanchang city is slightly lower than the nation＇s average level, and age is the main independent risk factor of hypertension.
