综合护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病患者血糖控制和并发症预防中的效果

目的：探讨综合护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病患者血糖控制和并发症预防中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的54例妊娠合并糖尿病患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组27例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者的血糖控制情况及母婴并发症发生率。结果护理后，观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的母婴并发症发生率为22.2%，显著低于对照组的55.6%（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预用于妊娠合并糖尿病患者的效果确切，可有效控制血糖，减少母婴并发症的发生。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for glycemic control and prevention of complications in patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for glycemic control and prevention of complications in patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes. Methods 54 cases with pregnancy complicated with diabetes treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （n=27） and control group （n=27） according to the random number table method.The control group was give the routine nursing.The obser-vation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention.The glycemic control and the incidence rate of the com-plications of mother and infant of two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,postpran-dial 2 hours plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of the complications of mothers and infant in the ob-servation group （22.2%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （55.6%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compre-hensive nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes has exact effect.It can effectively control blood glucose and reduce the incidence of the complications of mother and infant.
