经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段闭合性骨折的临床效果

摘    要:目的:观察经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段闭合性骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年2月~2014年2月收治的符合入选要求的66例胫骨中下段闭合性骨折患者,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组及观察组,两组均为33例。对照组采取常规切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组采取经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后消肿时间、骨折愈合时间以及患肢膝、踝关节功能。结果观察组的手术时间、术后消肿时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,患肢膝、踝关节功能的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段闭合性骨折可最大限度地保护皮肤软组织,减少骨折端血供的破坏,促进骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of closed fracture of the tibia in the lower segment

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixa-tion in the treatment of closed fracture of the tibia in the lower segment. Methods 66 patients with closed fracture of the tibia in the lower segment met eligibility requirements and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected and divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33)according to different treatment methods. Conventional open reduction and internal fixation was given to control group,and minimally invasive percutaneous lock-ing compression plate fixation was used in observation group.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postop-erative swelling time,fracture healing time and the function of limb knee,ankle joint in two groups were observed. Re-sults The operation time,postoperative swelling time,fracture healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group respectively,intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was less than that of control group,the excellent rate of the function of limb knee and ankle joint in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of closed fracture of the tibia in the lower segment can maximumly protect the skin and soft tissue,reduce the destruction of blood supply in fracture,promote fracture healing and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
