喜炎平肌内注射治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果观察

目的：探讨喜炎平肌内注射治疗白细胞总数增高的小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法选择200例外周末梢血白细胞总数在10.0×10^9～18.0×10^9/L之间的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研究对象，随机分为两组，治疗组采用喜炎平肌内注射治疗，对照组采用青霉素肌内注射治疗，观察两组的治疗后退热时间、疱疹消退时间。结果两组的平均退热时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗组的平均疱疹消退时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组的总有效率为98.03%，对照组的总有效率为96.93%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论喜炎平注射液肌内注射治疗白细胞总数增高的小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床效果好，不需要使用抗生素，这对减少抗生素的应用、合理应用抗生素非常重要。

Effect observation of intramuscular injection of Xiyanping in the treat-ment of herpangina

Objective To explore the effect of intramuscular injection of Xiyanping in the treatment of infantile her-pangina with white blood cell increasing. Methods 200 cases of infantile herpangina with the total white blood cell be-tween 10.0×10^9-18.0×10^9/L was selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with intramuscular injection of Xiyanping,the control group was treated with intramuscular injection of penicillin.The time of defervescence and agria regression was observed. Results The time of defervescence of two groups was compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.The time of agria regression of treatment group was shorter than that of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.03%,the total efficiency of control group was 96.93%,there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinic effects of intramuscular injec-tion of Xiyanping in the treatment of infantile herpangina with white blood cell increasing is good,and does not need to use antibiotics,it is very impartant to reduce the application of antibiotics and rational use of antibiotics.
