集束化护理和常规护理在防治ICU腹泻患者肛周皮炎中的效果对比

目的：比较集束化护理和常规护理在防治ICU腹泻患者肛周皮炎中的效果差异。方法选取本院ICU收治的112例腹泻患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予集束化护理。比较两组患者的肛周皮炎发生率、严重程度、创面愈合时间和护理费用的差异。结果观察组的肛周皮炎发生率为8.9%，显著低于对照组的30.4%（P＜0.05），观察组的Ⅱ、Ⅲ度皮炎发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的创面愈合时间显著短于对照组，护理费用低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论集束化护理用于防治ICU腹泻患者肛周皮炎的效果确切，可有效减轻肛周皮炎程度，缩短创面愈合时间。

Effect comparision of the bundle nursing and routine nursing for preven-tion and treatment crissum dermatitis in patients with diarrhea of ICU

Objective To compare the clinical effect of bundle nursing and routine nursing for prevention and treatment crissum dermatitis in patients with diarrhea of ICU. Methods 112 cases with diarrhea in the ICU were randomly divid-ed into the observation group and control group.The control group was given the routine nursing.The observation group was given the bundles nursing.The incidence rate severity,wound healing time of perianal dermatitis,and nursing cost of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of perianal dermatitis in the observation group was （8.9%） was significantly lower than that the of control group （30.4%） （P〈0.05）,the incidence rate of II,Ⅲ degree perianal der-matitis of the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The wound healing time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,the nursing cost of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bundle nursing for prevention and treatmenton crissum dermatitis in patients with diarrhea of ICU has exact effect.It can effectively reduce the degree of perianal dermatitis and shorten healing time of wound.
