| 摘 要： | 《医疗废物管理条例》已颁布实施3年多，在施行的过程中尚存在诸多问题。文章从医疗废物的管理、分类收集、安全防护、环境保护和科研等方面进行了探讨，并且提出了相应的对策和建议。医疗废物的管理应兼顾环境、社会、经济和技术等多种因素，力争社会效益和经济效益的综合平衡。

| Abstract: | Act of administration of Medical Waste has been promulgated implements tor more than three years. It still had many problems in the execution process. It does not favor the management of the medical waste. This article from angle of view of medical waste management, classified collection, safe protection, environmental protection and scientific research etc. has carried on the discussion, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. The medical waste management should be given dual attention to the environment, the society, the economy and the technology and so on the many kinds of factors influence. It strives for the overall balance between social efficiency and the economic efficiency. |
