| 摘 要： | 雄性家兔１８只，随机分为高渗盐／右旋糖酐治疗组（ＨＳＤ组），高渗盐／甘露醇治疗组（ＨＳＭ组），高渗醋酸盐／甘露醇治疗组（ＨＡＭ组）。经股动脉放血，结果表明，三组小剂量液体（４ｍｌ／ｋｇ体重）均可在短时间内明显升高急性失血兔的血压，但３组间比较，ＨＳＭ升压，稳定的时间更长，动物的存活时间长。试验结果提示：ＨＳＭ较好地升压，稳压，延长失血性休克兔存活时间，值得进一步研究并临床应用，ＨＡＭ在稳定酸碱平衡方面，有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Eighteen male health rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n =6), bled to a mean blood pressure of 5.3 kPa for 30 minutes and resuscitated with hypertonic saline/mannital (the HSM group), hypertonic saline/dextran (the HSD group)and hypertonic acetate/mannitol (the HAM group) at a Low dose of 4ml/kg. Then we compared the effects of HSM with those of HSD and HAM. The results showed that all of them could raise the blood pressure rapidly, but longer surviving time and higher blood pressure were found in the hemorrhagic shock in the HSM group. This indicated that HSM could keep higher BP for longer time than HSD and HAM , the surviving time in the HSM group was significantly longer than in the other two groups. |
