| 摘 要： | 目的：对三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的近期疗效进行评价.方法：设定总样本量为200例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例,采用三部推拿法,对照组口服归脾丸,比较两组总体临床疗效及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）总积分、失眠症焦虑量表（SAS）标准分、失眠症抑郁量表（SDS）标准分.结果：两组治疗后综合疗效、PSQI总积分、SAS标准分及SDS标准分均有明显改善（均P＜0.01）,且治疗组明显优于对照组（均P＜0.01）.结论：三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐疗效确切,方法安全,具有可操作性和推广价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the short-term therapeutic effect of three-part massage therapy on insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen.Methods:Two hundred cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with three-part massage,and the control group with oral administration of Guipi Pills .Total clinical therapeutic effects,cumulative score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) were compared between groups.Results:The total therapeutic effects,PSQI,SAS and SDS significantly improved in both groups after treatment,treatment group being better than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The three-part massage therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen. |
