卡介菌多糖核酸治疗68例面部皮炎

[背景]观察卡介菌多糖核酸治疗面部皮炎的疗效.[病例报告]给予治疗组及对照组患者口服依巴斯汀10 mg,每日1次,外用止痒剂,给予治疗组患者辅以卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌肉注射,每日1次,每次1 mL,18 d为1个疗程.治疗开始后每周观察1次,连续观察4周,治疗结束后定期随访6个月,确定复发率.治疗组患者的有效率为82%,对照组为65%,治疗组患者复发率为9%,对照组为25%,两组患者上述指标间差异有统计学意义.[讨论]卡介菌多糖核酸为治疗面部皮炎的有效药物.

Curative effects of BCG-PSN on 68 cases of face dermatitis

BACKGROUND To study the curative effects of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Polysacharides-Nucler Acid(BCG-PSN)on face dermatitis.CASE REPORTS The patients of control group and treatment group were given orally ebastine tablets one time a day and 10 mg per time,and external used antipruritic.Patients of(treatment) group were intramuscular injected with 1 mL BCG-PSN once a day and 18 day were one course.(Clinical) observation were took every week for 4 weeks and after that also visit observed for 6 months to check rat of relapse.The cure rates of treatment group and control group were 82%,65%,and the relapse rates of that two groups were 9%,25% respectively.There were significant differences between two groups.DISCUSSION BCG-PSN is effective drug in face dermatitis.
