提高急诊护士抢救能力的做法与体会

目的　提高急诊护士应急抢救能力。方法　护理部在护理人力资源与急救管理上加大管理力度。通过不断优化人员结构,实施合理的区域划分与分工;有针对性、有计划地对急诊护士进行专科知识和急救技能的培训;狠抓急救管理。结果　明显提高了护士的应急抢救能力,急救技能考核合格率均达10 0 % ,出色完成院前急救任务。结论　急诊应有计划地进行专科知识及技能的强化训练,并对急救管理工作常抓不懈,才能提高护士整体业务素质,提高应急抢救能力,提高危重病人抢救成功率

Method and experience of improving rescue ability of emergency nurses

Objective To improve rescue ability of emergency nurses. Method Nursing department strengthen the administration of nursing human resource and emergency management, carry on the division of work and district to continuously optimize the staff structure; train the emergency nurses special knowledge and rescue skills as pertinently and designedly to focus rescue management. Result It is obvious to improve rescue ability of emergency nurses, the eligibility reaches 100%, they can do well in out-patient rescue assignment. Conclusion Emergency department should take designedly intensive training of special knowledge and skills, strengthen rescue management, which can improve the entire working quality, rescue ability and successful curing rate for patients with serious disease.
