| 摘 要： | 目的研究Ki67在不同级别的子宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测Ki67在正常宫颈组织、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ级以及CINⅢ级的石蜡标本组织中的表达。结果47例组织标本（正常宫颈组织10例、CINⅠ级11例、CINⅡ级13例以及CINⅢ级13例）中，Ki67阳性表达率分别为10％，36．4％，84．6％，92、3％，各组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Ki67可反映出宫颈上皮细胞在癌变的过程中细胞增殖活性的改变，可作为早期诊断宫颈癌的标记物，以提高宫颈癌的早期诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Ki67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and their clinical significance. Methods Immunihistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expression of Ki67 in normal cervical epithelium, CIN Ⅰ , CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅲ. Results The positive expression of Ki67 was 10%, 36.4% ,84. 6%and 92. 3% in 47 cases ( normal cervical epitheliumlo,CIN Ⅰ11 ,CIN Ⅱ 13and CIN Ⅲ 13) ,it was significantly different between every sets(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ki67 could reflect the propagate an activity of the cervical cells in their chang process, which could be used as markers for early diagnosis of cervix ceancer. It could be helpful for inckeasing the ratio of earlier diagnosis in cervical cancer. |
