| 摘 要： | 非特异性溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因未明的慢性结肠炎症性疾病,病程长、易复发。祖国医学认为本病的病因为感受外邪,饮食所伤,七情不和及脏腑虚弱等。病位在脾、肾、大小肠,而其病机主要为瘀。故治疗应在活血化瘀的基础上辨证论治。

| Abstract: | The nonspecific ulcerative is a kind of chronic colitis with no clear causes,long course and easy recurrence.Based on TCM,causes of the diseases include;exopathogen,improper diet,disharmony of seven emotions and deficiency of Zang-Fu organs.The locations of the disease lie in the spleen,the kidney,large and small intestine.The pathogenesis is mainly about the stasis.Based on promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis,the disease should be treated according to clinical diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis. |
