疣状胃炎内镜表现和病理的相关性研究

【目的】研究疣状胃炎内镜表现和病理结果的相关性。【方法】选择门诊接受胃镜检查的123名患者，将内镜诊断的疣状胃炎与病理结果进行对照分析。【结果】疣状胃炎的内镜诊断与病理糜烂相关（P〈0．05），相关系数为0．177；内镜诊断和病理胃炎程度也有相关趋势（P〈0．01），相关系数为o，368；但和病理肠上皮化生无相关性（P〉0．05），相关系数为0．162。【结论】疣状胃炎内镜表现和病理诊断有一定的相关性，具有一定的临床意义。

Correlativity Between Endoscopic and Pathological Diagnosis of Verrucosa Gastritis LU

[Objective]To correlate the endoscopic results with pathological diagnosis of verrucosa gastritis patients.[Methods]One hundred and twenty three patients with epigastric symptom undergoing gastroendoscopy in outpatient department were enrolled in this study, and the various findings of verrucosa gastritis under gastroscopic direct vision and their corresponding pathologic diagnosis were contrastively analyzed.[Results]The endoscopic diagnosis of verrucosa gastritis had relation with erosion ,chronic inflammation in histological diagnosis,their P values and correlation coefficients were: P<0.05,0.177;P<0.01,0.368,but intestinal metaplasia was:P>0.05, 0.162.[Conclusion]Endoscopic diagnosis of verrucosa gastritis has certain correlation with histological diagnosis, that shows some clinical significance.
