益肾健骨汤治疗乳腺癌继发骨质疏松症45例

目的:观察益肾健骨汤治疗乳腺癌继发骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年5月—2015年5月本院收治的90例乳腺癌继发OP患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组应用碳酸钙咀嚼片治疗,研究组给予自拟益肾健骨汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后腰椎、股骨颈的骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)、骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)及血清钙水平。结果:研究组有效率为92.4%,对照组有效率为78.7%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后腰椎、股骨颈BMD、OC及血清钙水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两组在用药过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论:益肾健骨汤治疗乳腺癌继发OP疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状,提升骨密度和血清钙水平。

Forty Five Cases with Secondary Osteoporosis of Breast Cancer Treated with Kidney-Benefiting and Bone-Strengthen Decoction

bjective:To observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Benefiting and Bone-Strengthen Decoction on secondary osteoporosis (OP)of breast cancer.Methods:Totally 90 patients with secondary OP of breast cancer treated in this hospital between May 2014 and May 2015 were randomized as research group and control group,45 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional western medicine while research group were given Kidney-Benefiting and Bone-Strengthen Decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The levels of BMD,OC and serum calcium before and after treatment in both groups were observed.Results:The effective rate was 92.4％ in research group and 78.7％ in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of BMD,OC and serum calcium after treatment were higher than those before treatment in both groups,and research group were higher than control group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during drug use.Conclusion:Kidney-Benefiting and Bone-Strengthen Decoction has definite therapeutic effects on secondary OP of breast cancer,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,and enhance the levels of BMD and serum calcium.
