八藤汤治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀临床研究

目的:观察八藤汤治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将62例脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各31例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予八藤汤药熨法。观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后肢体周径变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为80.64%,治疗组有效率为90.32%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后肢体周径较治疗前缩小,且治疗组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:八藤汤治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀具有较好的疗效,具有应用价值。

Clinical Observation About the Effect of Bateng Decotion on Limb Swelling Caused by Hemiplegia After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bateng Decotion (BTD) on limb swelling caused by hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Sixty-two patients with limb swelling caused by hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 31 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added BTD for medical compress method based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical curative effects and changes of limb circumference before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed.Resuhs:The effective rate of the control group was 80.64％,while that of the treatment group was 90.32％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment of limb circumference than before treatment,and the treatment group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:BTD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on limb swelling caused by hemiplegia after stroke,and is worth applying.
