独活寄生汤联合唑来膦酸治疗绝经后骨质疏松肝肾亏虚证70例

目的:观察独活寄生汤联合唑来膦酸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症肝肾亏虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年2月—2012年12月本院收治的绝经后骨质疏松症患者210例。随机分为A组、B组、C组3组,每组70例。A组采用独活寄生汤联合唑来膦酸治疗,B组采用唑来膦酸治疗,C组采用中药独活寄生汤治疗。观察3组患者疗效及不良反应。结果:3组患者治疗后BMD、NBAP、BGP、E2水平较治疗前有明显变化,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),其中B组、C组治疗后BMD、NBAP、BGP、E2水平与A组比较有统计学意义(P0.05),C组BGP水平显著高于B组(P0.05);治疗后A组有效率为97.14%,B组有效率为72.86%,C组有效率为70.00%,A组有效率显著高于B组、C组(P0.05);3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合唑来膦酸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症肝肾亏虚证临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Seventy Cases of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Treated with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in Combination with Zoledronic

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in combination with zoledronic acidon postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:Two hundred and ten patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome who were treated in our hospital between Feb.2009 and Dec.2012 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into Group A,Group B and Group C,with 70 cases in each group.The ones in Group A were treated with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in combination with zoledronic acid,while the ones in Group B were treated with zoledronic acid,and the ones in Group C were treated with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction.Then the curative effects and aderse reactions of the 3 groups were observed.Results:After the treatment,the 3 groups' BMD,NBAP,BGP,and E2 level had significantly change,all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05),Group B and Group C's BMD,NBAP,BGP,E2 levels had significant difference compared with Group A (P ＜ 0.05),the BGP level of Group C was significantly higher than that of Group B (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of Group A was 97.14％,while that of Group B was 72.86％,that of Group C was 70.00％;And Group A was significantly higher than Group C (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in combination with zoledronic acid has a remarkable clinical curative effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,and high security.
