石膏汤合小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎45例

目的:观察石膏汤合小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予石膏汤合小青龙汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分及血气指标氧分压(Oxygen partial pressure,Pa O2)及二氧化碳分压(Partial pressure of carbon dioxide,Pa CO2)]改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为73.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Pa CO2高于治疗前,治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Pa O2低于治疗前,治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:石膏汤合小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎疗效显著,可以明显减轻患者临床症状并显著改善肺功能。

Forty-Five Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pneumonia Treated with Gypsum Decoction in Combination with Minor Green Dragon Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Gypsum Decoction in combination with Minor Green Dragon Decoction on chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods:Ninety patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia who were treated in our hospital between Jan.2014 and Jan.2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 and 60 cases respectively in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Gypsum Decoction in combination with Minor Green Dragon Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical efficacies,TCM syndrome scores and the improvenment of blood-qi index including oxygen partial,pressure(PaO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7％,while that of the control group was 73.3％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the PaCO2 in two groups was higher than that before the treatment,the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the two grups' PaO2 w ere lower than that before the treatment,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Gypsum Decoction in combination with Minor Green Dragon Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic obstructive pneumonia,can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function of the patients.
