浅析中风急性期致病因素及方药应用

古今医者从气、痰、风、火、虚、瘀不同致病因素对中风急性期的病机进行阐述总结,采用辨证论治的治疗方法,充分体现了中医的"同病异治"思想。然而这些病理因素在致病过程中并非是单一的,而是互相影响、密切关联。临床上常见痰火互结、风火相煽、瘀痰阻滞、痰热腑实等。治疗当祛风、清热、顺气、化痰、开窍等以治其标;次当治本,阴虚则益血,阳虚则补气,气血两虚则气血兼补,久以持之本。中风急性期即为急证,多为实证,故需明确诊断,辨证施治,治疗万勿延迟,因人而异,对症下药,不可生搬硬套,方能提高疗效,转危为安。

Analysis of the Pathogenic Factors and Prescriptions of Stroke in Acute Stage

The pathogenesis of stroke in acute stage is expounded from different pathogenic factors of qi,phlegm,wind,fire,deficiency and blood stasis by the ancient and modern doctors,and the treatment is conducted based on syndrome differentiation,which fully reflects the thought of "different therapies for same disease".These pathogenic factors are mutually affected and closely associated.Clinically,syndromes of phlegm-fire intermingling,wind-fire string up,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction,phlegmheat visceral excess are commonly encountered,so the therapeutic methods should be expelling wind,clearing heat,pronoting qi flow,resolving phlegm,opening orifices to treat the superficial manifestations.The root cause should be secondarily valued,nourishing blood for yin deficiency and tonifying qi for yang deficiency,nourishing qi and blood for both qi and blood deficiency.The acute sate of stroke is acute syndrome and mostly excess syndrome,in this case the diagnosis should be identified,treated by syndrome differentiation.The treatment should be timely and different individually.Drugs should be used symptomatically but not mechanically.In this way,the efficacy can be enhanced and crisis can be averted.
