浅论《世医得效方》中灸法的应用

《世医得效方》是元代危亦林所著,此书为危亦林家世五代累积的行医经验,具有很高的参考价值。《世医得效方》对阴证、阳证、寒证、热证多采用灸法,书中还涉及各科急性热病,时令病及惊、厥、损伤等症。灸治常根据病证和部位而用艾炷灸,并指出"大小以意斟量",未对灸量进行特定的量化。书中关于灸法治病涉及56个病证,每个病证仅用1~2个穴,且所灸壮数并不多,多数为7~21壮,仅在俞穴、募穴和膏肓穴有灸至百壮者。灸法治疗脾胃系病证、肺系病证、心系病证、肝胆病证、肾系病证、气血津液病证、肢体经络病证等均可取得显著疗效。

Effective Formulas from Generations of Physicians is written by Wei Yilin in Yuan dynasty,which is also the experience accumulated by the five generation of Wei Yilin's family with high reference value.In this classic,the yin syndrome,yang syndrome,cold syndrome and heat syndrome are mostly treated with moxibustion.It also involves various acute heat diseases,seasonal diseases,fright,fain and injury.Moxa cane moxibustion is often applied according to syndromes and locations of the disease.And it points out that the size should be determined with mind.There is no specific quantization of the moxibustion amount.This classic involves 56 different diseases,and for each disease,only one to two acupoints and moxa canes of 7 to 21 Zhuang are applied.Moxibustion therapy has significant therapeutic effects on spleen and stomach diseases,pulmonary diseases,heart diseases,live and gallbladder disease,kidney diseases,qi,blood and body fluid diseases,limbs and meridians and collaterals diseases.
