电针联合体外冲击波治疗创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎临床观察

目的:观察电针联合体外冲击波治疗创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年3月本院门诊收治的创伤性跟腱腱围炎患者36例,采用随机数字表法分成冲击波组、电针组及联合组,每组12例。冲击波组给予体外冲击波治疗,电针组给予电针治疗,联合组给予电针联合体外冲击波治疗。结果:联合组治疗后VAS评分优于电针组、冲击波组(P0.05);联合组有效率100.00%,电针组有效率83.33%,冲击波组有效率91.67%,联合组优于电针组、冲击波组(P0.05)。结论:电针联合体外冲击波治疗创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Traumatic Stenosing Tendovaginitis of Radial Styloid Treated by Electroacupuncture Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on traumatic stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid.Methods:Totally 36 patients with traumatic peritendinitis of tendoachilles treated in this hospital between January 2013 and March 2015 were randomized into shock wave group,electroacupuncture group and combination group,12 cases in each group.Shock wave group were given extracorporeal shock wave therapy,electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture treatment,and combination group were given electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Results:The VAS score in combination group was superior to that in either electroacupuncture group or shock wave group (P ＜0.05).The effective rate was 100.00％ in combination group,83.33％ in electroacupuncture group and 91.67％ in shock wave group;combination group were superior to the other two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy has significant therapeutic effects on traumatic stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid.
