益气升提汤治疗重度混合痔术后肛门坠胀30例

目的:观察益气升提汤治疗重度混合痔术后肛门坠胀的临床疗效。方法:将60例重度混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组术后给予止血、止痛、常规抗感染、微波肛周局部物理治疗、中药创面换药等治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服益气升提汤。比较两组患者术后肛门坠胀的发生情况,观察两组患者创面愈合时间、肛门疼痛及肛缘皮瓣水肿程度。结果:治疗组创面愈合时间为(15.27±0.96)d,对照组为(18.12±1.53)d,两组患者创面愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组肛门坠胀严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组肛门疼痛及肛缘皮瓣水肿程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:重度混合痔术后口服益气升提汤能降低肛门坠胀的发生率,加快患者术后恢复,改善患者生存质量。

Thirty Cases of Anal Distension After Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation Treated with Qi-Boosting and Qi-Lifting Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi-Boosting and Qi-Lifting Decoction on anal distension after severe mixed hemorrhoids Operation.Methods:Sixty patients with severe mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given hemostasis,pain prevention,conventional anti infection,microwave perianal regional physical therapy,change fresh dressing for a wound with TCM and other treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Qi-Boosting and Qi-Lifting Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The incidence of anal swelling after operation was compared between the two groups.The wound healing time,the anal pain and the degree of edema of the anal verge flap were observed in the two groups.Results:The wound healing time in the treatment group was(15.27 ±0.96) d,and that of the control group was(18.12 ± 1.53) d.The difference in the wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The severity of anal swelling in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The anal pain and anal flap edema in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:After the operation of severe mixed hemorrhoid,Qi-Boosting and Qi-Lifting Decoction for oral administration can reduce the incidence of anal swelling,accelerate the recovery,and improve the patients' quality of life.
