龙胆泻肝汤加减联合龙珠软膏治疗掌跖脓疱型银屑病30例

目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤加减联合龙珠软膏治疗掌跖脓疱型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将60例掌跖脓疱型银屑病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊配合龙珠软膏治疗,治疗组采用龙胆泻肝汤加减配合龙珠软膏治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后皮损(PPPASI)积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后PPPASI积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减配合龙珠软膏治疗掌跖脓疱型银屑病疗效确切。

Palmoplantar Pustular Psoriasis Treated with Modified Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction in Combination with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction in combination with combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on palmoplantar pustular psoriasis.Methods:Sixty patients with palmoplantar pustular psoriasis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Acitretin Capsules and Longzhu Ointment,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction and Longzhu Ointment.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects were observed,and their PPPASI score changes.before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33％,while that of the control group was 80.00％,and the difference between them was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The PPPASI scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference between them was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction in combination with has a remarkable clinical curative effect Longzhu Ointment on palmoplantar pustular psoriasis.
