急性心力衰竭模型的建立及“以方测证”研究

目的:研究家兔急性心力衰竭(心衰)模型建立方法,并探究该模型与心气虚、心阳虚、心阳虚脱三证的相关性。方法:将30只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、黄芪组、参附1组、参附2组,每组各6只。除空白组外,各组采用静脉注射盐酸普罗帕酮复制急性心衰模型。黄芪组、参附1组、参附2组分别注射黄芪注射液0.07 g·kg~(-1)、参附注射液0.07 g·kg~(-1)和参附注射液0.10 g·kg~(-1),测定各组家兔心率(heart rate,HR)、收缩压(systolic pressure,SBP)等相关生理指标,以探究此建模方法与中医心气虚证、心阳虚证、心阳虚脱证的相关性。结果:与模型组比较,黄芪组、参附1组和参附2组能显著升高急性心衰家兔HR和SBP,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:急性心衰模型与心气虚、心阳虚、心阳虚脱证有一定相关性。

Model Establishment of Acute Heart Failure and the Research into "Syndrome Detecting from Used Formula"

Objective:To study the method of establishing rabbits' acute heart failure model,and explore the relativity of the model with heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yang collapse.Methods:Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,Astragalus group,Shenfu Ⅰ group,Shenfu Ⅱ group,with 6 in each grotup.Except the blank group,intravenous injection of propafenone hydrochloride was used to replicate the acute heart failure model in each group.Astragalus group and Shenfu group Ⅰ,and Ⅱ groups were injected with 0.07 g · kg-1 of Astragalus,0.07 g · kg-1 of Shenfu injection and 0.10 g · kg-1 of Shenfu Injection respectively.Then the heart rate of rabbits (heart rate,HR),systolic blood pressure (systolic pressure,SBP) and other related physiological indexes in each group were measured to explore the relativity of his establishing model method with heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yang collapse.Results:Compared with the model group,the Astragalus group,Shenfu Ⅰ group and Shenfu Ⅱ group can significantly increase the HR and SBP of acute heart failure rabbits,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Acute heart failure model has relativity with heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yang collapse.
