芪归坚骨方配合经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折45例

目的:观察芪归坚骨方配合经皮椎体成形术(Percutaneous Vertebropiasty,PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组给予PVP治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服芪归坚骨方。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者手术前后疼痛(VAS)评分、Cobb角及骨密度(bone density,BMD)变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为80.0%,治疗组有效率为95.6%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。手术后,两组患者VAS评分均低于手术前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。手术后,两组患者Cobb角小于手术前,且治疗组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。术后6个月,治疗组BMD高于手术前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:PVP能快速缓解OVCF的疼痛症状,配合芪归坚骨方可提高BMD水平,防止骨量流失。

Forty-five Cases of Osteoporotic Compression Fracture of Thoracolumbar VertebraTreated with Qigui Jiangu Decoction in Combination with Percutaneous Vertebropiasty

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qigui J iangu Decoction (QGJGD) in combination with Percutaneous Vertebropiasty (PVP) on Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF).Methods:Ninety patients with OVCF were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with PVP,while the ones in the treatment group were added QGJGD for oral administration based on the treatment of the control gToup.Then the cliuical efficacies of the two groups were observed,and the pain (VAS) score,Cobb angle and bone (density) and (BMD) changes between the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 80.0％,while that of the treatment group was 95.6％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).After operation,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those beforc the operation,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistic.ally significant (P ＜ 0.05).After operation,the Cobb angles of the two groups were smaller than those before the operation,and the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group,the differenee was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Six months later after the operation,the BMD in the treatment group was higher than that before the operation,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:PVP can quickly alleviate the pain symptoms of OVCF,and the combination of PVP and QGJGD can increase the level of BMD and prevent the loss of bone mass.
