改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的:观察改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年6月—2013年12月在本院门诊确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组、阳性药物组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用改良独活寄生汤治疗,阳性药物组在对照组治疗的基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗。结果:三组患者不良反应比较,试验组不良反应最少,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);三组患者治疗前后血常规、肾功能、肝功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);试验组治愈率优于阳性药物组和对照组(P0.05)。结论:改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Clinical Research on the Improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction for the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods:Totally 120 patients with LIDH diagnosed in this hospital between June 2011 and December 2013 were randomized into experiment group,positive-drug group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment while experiment group were added with improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction and positive-drug group were added with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on the basis of control group.Results:For the adverse reaction of the three groups,experiment group had the lowest rate,but the difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).For the indicators of blood routine,kidney function and liver function,the difference between three groups had no statistical significance(P ＞0.05).The cure rate in experiment group was better than that in the other two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on LIDH.
