针刺肘缝穴配合运动疗法治疗骨折术后膝关节功能障碍68例

目的:观察针刺肘缝穴配合运动疗法治疗骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月—2013年6月在本院康复科住院的骨折术后膝关节活动功能障碍患者135例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组68例和对照组67例。治疗组给予针刺"肘缝穴"结合运动疗法治疗,对照组给予单纯运动疗法治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分、HSS膝关节活动度评分及Lysholm膝关节评分均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针刺肘缝穴配合运动疗法治疗骨折术后膝关节活动功能障碍疗效显著。

Sixty-Eight Cases of Knee Joint Dysfunction After Fracture Operation Treated with Acupuncture at Elbow Joint in Combination with Exercise Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture at elbow joint in combination with exercise therapy on knee joint dysfunction after fracture operation.Methods:One hundred and thirty-five patients with knee joint dysfunction after fracture operation who were treated in our hospital's department of rehabilitation between Jan.of 201 1and June of 2013 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table,with 68 and 67 cases respectively in each group.The ones in the treatment group were given acupuncture at elbow joint in combination with exercise therapy on knee joint,while the ones in the control group were given only exercise therapy.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score,HSS score and Lysholm knee score of the treatment group were all hetter than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at elbow joint in combination with exercise therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on knee joint dysfunction after fracture operation.
