积雪草苷治疗瘢痕疙瘩后皮肤损伤39例

目的:观察积雪草苷治疗瘢痕疙瘩后皮肤损伤的临床疗效.方法:选取2011年2月-2014年2月就诊于本院的78例瘢痕疙瘩后皮肤损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例.对照组予90锶敷贴治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用积雪草苷治疗.观察两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛症状消失时间、住院时间、用药时间、皮肤愈合时间及照射总剂量,比较两组患者治疗前后白细胞、血小板、谷丙转氨酶、血红蛋白变化情况.结果:对照组有效率为79.49％,观察组有效率为89.74％,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后疼痛症状消失时间、住院时间、用药时间、皮肤愈合时间、照射总剂量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗前后白细胞、血小板、谷丙转氨酶、血红蛋白比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:积雪草苷治疗瘢痕疙瘩后皮肤损伤临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,缩短住院时间.

Thirty-Nine Cases of Skin Injury Due to Keloid Treated with Asiaticoside

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of asiaticoside on keloid leading to skin injury.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with keloid leading to skin injury who were treated in our hospital between Feb.of 2011 and Feb.of 2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given strontium 90 for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added asiaticoside based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects,time for disappearance of the symptoms of pain,hospitalization time,medication time,healing time and total dose irradiation were observed.Their changes of white blood cells,platelets,alanine aminotransferase,hemoglobin before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 79.49％,while that of the observation group was 89.74％,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the differences in time for disappearance of the symptoms of pain,hospitalization time,medication time,healing time and total dose irradiation between the two groups were all statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).And the differences in white blood cells,platelets,alanine aminotransferase,hemoglobin before and after the treatment in the same group had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).After the treatment,the differences in the above indexes between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Asiaticoside has a remarkable clinical curative effect on keloid leading to skin injury,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and shorten the hospitalization time.
