寒热并用法的学术源流

先秦两汉时期,中医学理论雏形初步建立,寒热并用法亦形成于此时。寒热并用之法用于药物配伍始于《汤液经法》,成熟于《伤寒杂病论》。《伤寒杂病论》将寒热并用之法首次完整系统的运用于方剂之中。在《伤寒杂病论》中有多首针对机体不同部位,出现的寒热错杂证候而设立的方剂,晋唐时期寒热并用法理论停滞不前。宋金元时期,寒热并用法获得巨大的理论飞跃,内涵更为丰富,代表方剂愈加繁多。明清时期,中医学发展进入一个新时期,温病学派亦出现于此时期。同时,药物研究方面,以李时珍所著《本草纲目》为主要代表,为后世提供了寒热并用法指导药物配伍的理论依据。寒热并用法作为中医常用治法,《黄帝内经》为其源,《伤寒杂病论》为其始,隋唐时期予以传承,金元时期予以革新,兴盛于明清时期。

Academic Origin of Simultaneous Application of Cooling and Heating Strategies

During the period of pre-Qin and two Han dynasties,the theory of Chinese medicine was preliminarily established and the simultaneous application of cooling and heating strategies thus formed at this time.This strategy can be found in the drug compatibility in Classic Methods of Decoctions and became mature in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases which applied this strategy in the formulas for the first time.In Treatise on Cold Damage,there were many formulas formed according to different locations and syndromes of intermingling of cold and heat.However,in Jin and Fang dynasties,the development of simultaneous application of cooling and heating strategies stopped.In Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,the theory of this strategy got a great leap with rich connotations,and the representative formulas increased.In Ming and Qing dynasties,the development of Chinese medicine entered a new stage,and the school of epidemic febrile disease appeared during this period.Simultaneously,in the aspect of drug research,The Grand Compendium of Materia.Medica written by Li Shizhen,as a representative,provided theoretical evidence for the guidance of simultaneous application of cooling and heating strategies in drug compatibility.Simultaneous application of cooling and heating strategies as a common therapeutic method in Chinese medicine,can be found the origin in Inner Cannon of Huang Di,the start in Treatise on Cold lDamage,inheritanee in Sui and Tang dynasties,reform in Jin and Yuan period and prosperity in Ming and Qing dynasties.It is very valuable to generalize and summarize the historical origin and study the application ideas of doctors of all dynasties for the clinical treatent and drug use.
