复方羊角颗粒治疗偏头痛眩晕43例

摘    要:目的:观察复方羊角颗粒治疗偏头痛眩晕(Migraine vertigo,MV)的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组采用氟桂利嗪、盐酸倍他司汀并联合生活起居疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方羊角颗粒治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛程度、眩晕程度。结果:两组患者治疗后头疼程度、眩晕程度较治疗前缓解,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组有效率为95.3%,对照组有效率为81.4%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:复方羊角颗粒治疗MV疗效确切,可明显缓解患者的临床症状。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of migraine vertigo treated with Compound Yangjiao Granules.Methods:Eighty-six patients with migraine vertigo were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 43 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with flunarizine and betahistine hydrochloride in combination with living therapy,while the ones in the treatment group were added Compound Yangjiao Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects and pain degrees and vertigo degrees of before and after the treatment were observed.Results:After the treatment,the two groups' headache and vertigo degrees were relieved than before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.3%,while that of the control group was 81.4%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compound Yangjiao Granules has a remarkable clinical curative effect on migraine vertigo,can greatly relieve the patients' clinical symptoms.
