桃红四物汤联合前列地尔治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

目的 探讨桃红四物汤联合前列地尔治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效.方法 将95例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者随机分为2组,对照组予以中药桃红四物汤内服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加以前列地尔静滴,采用视觉模拟尺进行疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评估患者治疗前、治疗2周后的VAS评分,从而探讨两组的临床疗效及安全性.结果 治疗组总有效率为97.9％,对照组为86.9％,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后VAS积分及PSQI评分均明显改善(P＜0.05),但治疗组改善更显著(P＜0.05).结论 桃红四物汤联合前列地尔能够改善带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疼痛感,安全有效.

Clinical Observation of Taohong Siwu Deloction Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with alprostadil in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).Methods 95 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction,the treatment group was given alprostadil intravenous drip on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale (VAS) score before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment was evaluated by using visual analog scale of pain,and the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were explored.Results The total effective rate was 92.63％,the control group was 86.9％,the effect of the treatment group was better than control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS and PSQI were improved (P＜0.05),but the improvement in control group was more remarkable (P＜0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with alprostadil can improve postherpetic neuralgia pain with safety and effectiveness.
