化湿利节汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究

目的:观察自拟化湿利节汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2015年1月—2016年10月门诊治疗的急性痛风性关节炎患者56例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组28例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟化湿利节汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候积分优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后CRP、ESR、BUA水平优于对照组(P0.05);对照组有效率为82.14%,治疗组有效率为96.43%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);两组不良反应率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:自拟化湿利节汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,改善CRP、ESR、BUA水平。

Clinical Research on Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction On Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective:To observe the clnical effects of Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction on acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Totally 56 patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in this hospital between January 2015 and October 2016 were randomized into control group and treatment group,28 cases in each group.Control group were given western medicine for the treatment while treatment group were added with Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction.Results:The TCM symptom scores in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of CRP,ESR and BUA in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).For the rate of adverse reaction,treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Self-formulated Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on acute gouty arthritis,which can improve the clinical symptoms and the levels of CRP,ESR and BUA.
