通心络胶囊对高血压伴2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能和氧化应激的影响

目的:观察通心络胶囊对高血压伴2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能和氧化应激的影响。方法:将176例高血压伴2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服通心络胶囊治疗,每次4粒,日3次,两组均连续治疗两周。记录治疗前后两组患者血压、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平。比较血清超氧化物歧化酶(Serum superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)-1、氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)水平。结果:治疗后观察组SBP、DBP水平较治疗前明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P0.05),两组FPB、PBP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组MDA、ET-1较治疗前明显下降(P0.05或0.01),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组SOD、NO较治疗前明显上升(P0.01),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊能有效的逆转氧化应激所致的损伤,降低氧化应激水平,改善血管内皮功能,延缓高血压的进展。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Vascular Endothelial Function and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Hypertension Accompanied with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To investigate the effectS of Tongxinluo Capsule on vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress in patients with hypertension accompanied with diabetes mellitus.Methods:Totally 176 patients with hypertension accompanied with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received conventional treatment while observation group were added with Tongxinluo Capsule,4 capsules/time,3 times every day.Two groups were treated continuously for two weeks.The levels of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and 2H blood glucose in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded.The levels of Serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA),endothelin (ET)-1 and NO before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of DBP and SBP in observation group significantly decreased compared with those in control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the difference of PBP and FPB between two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and MDA in observation group significantly declined (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compared with those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and SOD in observation group remarkably increased (P ＜0.01),the difference was statistically significant compared with those in control group,(P ＜ 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Tongxinluo Capsule can effectively reverse the injury caused by oxidative stress,reduce the level of oxidative stress,improve the vascular endothelial function and delay the progress of hypertension.
