中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年2月—2015年12月本院收治的糖尿病合并高脂血症患者160例,随机分为西药组和联合组,每组80例。西药组给予盐酸二甲双胍、瑞舒伐他汀钙片口服治疗,联合组在西药组治疗的基础上给予加味二阴煎治疗。结果:联合组有效率96.3%,西药组有效率83.8%,联合组优于西药组(P0.05);联合组治疗后血糖、血红蛋白、TG、TC优于西药组(P0.05);联合组心血管事件发生率优于西药组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症疗效显著。

The Clinical Research into Type 2 Diabetes Combined with Hyperlipidemia Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia who were treated in our hospital between Feb.2011 and Dec.2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the western medicine group and the conbined group,with 80 cases in each group.The ones in the western medicine group was given metformin hydrochloride,Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets for oral administration,while the ones in the combined group were added Flavored Two Yin Decoction based on the treatment of the western medicine group.Results:The effective rate of the combined group was 96.3％,while that of the western medicine group was 83.8％;The combined group was better than the western medicine group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,blood glucose,hemoglobin,TG,TC of the combined group were all superior to those of the western medicine group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events of the combined group was better than that of the western medicine group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Comnbined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western mnedicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia.
