养肝祛瘀解毒汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎临床研究

目的:观察养肝祛瘀解毒汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(Chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的临床效果。方法:选取2014年10月-2016年10月本院收治的CHB患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用养肝祛瘀解毒汤治疗。结果:观察组HBV-DNA水平优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后T细胞亚群水平优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后NK细胞活性、IL-2水平优于对照组(P0.05);观察组不良反应发生情况优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:养肝祛瘀解毒汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效甚佳,能够显著增强清除HBV和抑制HBV复制,具有抗病毒、免疫调节的双重功能。

The Clinical Research into Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Yanggan Quyu Jiedu Decoction in Combination with Entecavir

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yanggan Quyu Jiedu Decoction (YGQYJDD) in combination with entecavir on chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:One hundred and two patients with CHB who were treated in our hospital between Oct.2014 and Oct.2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given entecavir for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were treated with YGQYJDD based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The HBV-DNA level of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After the treatment,the level of T cell subsets group of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);NK cell activity anti IL-2 levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observatiou group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:YGQYJDD in combination with entecavir has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic hepatitis B,can significantly enhance the removal of HBV and inhibit HBV replication,has anti-virus,the dual function of immune regulation.
