祛痹镇痛法治疗硬膜外麻醉术后腰痛临床研究

目的:观察祛痹镇痛法治疗硬膜外麻醉术后腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1月—2015年1月就诊于本院的硬膜外麻醉术后腰痛患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组给予曲马多100 mg,肌肉注射;治疗组在对照组基础上加用祛痹镇痛法治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:对照组有效率为75.0%,治疗组有效率为92.5%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:祛痹镇痛法治疗硬膜外麻醉术后腰痛疗效显著。

The Clinical Research into Waist Pain After Epidural Anesthesia Treated with Method of Relieving Arthralgia and Pain in Combination with Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of method of relieving arthralgia and pain in combination with Western medicine on waist pain after epidural anesthesia.Methods:Eighty patients with waist pain after epidural anesthesia who were treated in our hospital between Jan.of 2013 and Jan.of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group received 100 mg of tramadol for intramuscular injection,while the ones in the treatment group were added method of relieving arthralgia and pain based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed,and their pain visual analogue scales (VAS) before and after treatment were performed.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 75％,while that of the treatment group was 92.5 ％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Method of relieving arthralgia and pain in combination with Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on waist pain after epidural anesthesia,which may be related to the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the method of relieving arthralgia and pain.
