三拗汤合六君子汤化裁治疗小儿慢性咳嗽临床研究

目的:观察三拗汤合六君子汤化裁治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用三拗汤合六君子汤化裁治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分及肺功能变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为62.50%,治疗组有效率为95.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分明显低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后肺功能改善明显优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:三拗汤合六君子汤化裁治疗小儿慢性咳嗽临床疗效显著,且可有效改善患者临床症状。

Clinical Research on Rough and Ready Three Decoction Plus Modified Six Gentlemen Decoction on Pediatric Chronic Cough

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Rough and Ready Three Decoction Plus Modified Six Gentlemen Decoction on pediatric chronic cough.Methods:Totally 80 patients with chronic cough were randomized into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment while treatment group were added with Rough and Ready Three Decoction Plus Modified Six Gentlemen Decoction.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was in control group and in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).The TCM symptom scores in both groups obviously declined compared with those before treatment,and the decline in treatment group w a s greater than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of long function in both groups was superior to that before treatment,and treatment group were superior to control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Rough and Ready Three Decoction Plus Modified Six Gentlemen Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on pediatric chronic cough,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
