牙周基础治疗联合清胃固齿汤治疗重度慢性牙周炎40例

目的:观察牙周基础治疗联合清胃固齿汤治疗重度慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法:选取2013年10月—2015年8月本院口腔科门诊治疗的重度慢性牙周炎患者80例,所有患者中医辨证均为胃火上炎证,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予单纯牙周基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用清胃固齿汤治疗。结果:试验组治疗3个月、6个月后临床疗效优于对照组(P0.05);试验组治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后中医证候疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗联合清胃固齿汤治疗重度慢性牙周炎胃火上炎证的远期疗效显著。

Forty Cases with Severe Chronic Periodontitis Treated with Periodental Non-Surgical Treatment Combined with Stomach-Clearing and Teeth-Strengthening Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of periodental non-surgical treatment combined with Stomach-Clearing and Teeth-Strengthening Decoction on severe chronic periodontitis.Methods:Totally 80 patients with severe chronic periodontitis treated in this hospital between October 2013 and Auguest 2015 and diagnosed as the syndrome of stomach fire flaming up were randomized into experiment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group were given simple periodental non-surgical treatment while experimental group were added with Stomach-Clearing and Teeth-Strengthening Decoction.Results:The clinical effects in experimental group 3 months and 6 months after treatment were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).The therapeutic effects of the TCM symptoms in experimental group 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Periodental non-surgical treatment combined with Stomach-Clearing and Teeth-Strengthening Decoction has significant long-term therapeutic effects on severe chronic periodontitis.
