膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎35例

目的:观察膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。对照组口服塞来昔布治疗,治疗组采用膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后Lequesne综合评分。结果:治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为82.86%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后Lequesne评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效确切,可显著改善患者的临床症状。

Thirty-five Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in Combination with Xibi Waixi Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in combination with Xibi Waixi Decoction(XBWXD) on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with celecoxib for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with sodium hyaluronate joint injection combined with XBWXD.The clinical efficacies and comprehensive Lequesne scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29％,while that of the control group was 82.86％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The Lequesne scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in combination with XBWXD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms.
