清热退黄口服液联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床研究

目的:观察清热退黄口服液联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年4月—2014年12月石家庄市第五医院诊治的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者33例,随机分为中药联合组16例与对照组17例。对照组给予阿德福韦酯口服治疗,中药联合组在对照组治疗的基础上加用清热退黄口服液治疗。结果:中药联合组治疗后HBV-DNA转阴率优于对照组,且治疗12周后差异有统计学意义(P0.05);中药联合组各治疗时点ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL复常率均高于对照组,其中DBIL复常率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:清热退黄口服液联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效显著,在改善肝功能、降酶退黄方面起效快。

Clinical Research on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Heat-Clearing and Jaundice-Eliminating Oral Liquid Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Heat-Clearing and Jaundice-Eliminating Oral Liquid combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Totally 33 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in this hospital between April 2010 and December 2014 were randomized into Chinese medicine combination group (16 cases) and control group (17 cases).Control group were given oral administration of Adefovir Dipivoxil while Chinese medicine combination group were added with Heat-Clearing and Jaundice-Eliminating Oral Liquid.Results:The negative conversion ratior of HBV-DNA in Chinese medicine combination group was superior to that in control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The recovery rates of ALT,AST,TBIL and DBIL in Chinese medicine combination group were higher than those in control group.Among them,the recovery rate of DBIL had statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Heat-Clearing and Jaundice-Eliminating Oral Liquid combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil has significant therapeutic effects on chronic hepatitis B,which takes effects rapidly in improving the liver function,reducing enzyme and removing jaundice.
