乌梅丸加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征60例

目的:观察乌梅丸加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将116例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组56例和治疗组60例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用乌梅丸加减治疗,治疗4周,观察两组患者临床疗效,对治愈病例随访6个月,比较两组复发率。结果:对照组有效率为92.86%,治疗组有效率为96.67%,两组有效率比较差异无显著性差异(P0.05)。对照组复发率为54.17%,治疗组复发率为13.16%,两组复发率比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:乌梅丸加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全、有效,复发率较低。

Sixty Cases with Irritable Bowel Syndrome of Diarrhea Pattern Treated with Modified Mume Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Modified Mume Pill on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) of diarrhea pattern.Methods:Totally 116 patients with IBS of diarrhea pattern were randomized into control group (56 cases) and treatment group (60 cases).Control group were given regular treatment of western medicine while treatment group were given Modified Mume Pill,4 weeks of treatment for both grouPs The clinical effects of both groups were observed.The cured cases were conducted foll0w up for6 months to compare the recurrence rates of the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 92.86％ in control group and 96.67％ in treatment group;the difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).The recurrence rate was 54.17％ in control group and 13.16％ in treatment group;the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Mume Pill is safe and effective for the treatment of IBS of diarrhea pattern and the recurrence rate was low.
