从肺血痹论治肺血栓栓塞症

依据肺血栓栓塞症肺血管闭塞不通的特点,将本病中医病名确定为"肺血痹"。该病发病之前的病机为阳虚气滞,痰瘀交阻。笔者认为,临床对于肺血痹高发体质的患者,应提前治以行气温阳、化痰消瘀,不仅可以有效预防肺血痹的发生,又可固护患者正气,促进原有疾病的康复,不失为一举两得之法。该病发病时的病机为浊阴上犯,肺络瘀阻,法当宣阳通痹、豁痰祛瘀。该病发病后病机多见气血不足,肺气不畅的表现,治宜补气温阳、养血活血。
